CANCELLATION POLICY 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your beauty service appointment, please follow our 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or fail to show up, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount will depend on the specific service booked, up to 50%. Rescheduling: If you’d like to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. We’ll do our best to find an alternative slot that works for you. NO REFUNDS. If you need a “fix” it will need to be within a week of your last appointment, otherwise you will be charged for a fill regardless.
